StephaneLaliberte, Catholics have every reason to create museums ,they are after all a 2000 years old organisation, Jws on the other had are only 150 years old, hardly any history behind them , they are a new religion

In their new video for theocratic accomplishments they make out that their priority is to build 35 museums around the world in countries like Argentina ,I reckon the places they build these museums are difficult to transfer funds to a USA corporation like the Watchtower as it would be seen as laundering. What better way then to create a museum which is really a glorified art gallery which is the best medium for laundering funds

Tony Morris departure is not accidental it coincides with the 2 NEW governing body members being brought in only last month. I believe Mark Sanderson who sees himself as the new Nathan Knorr is moving the strings behind the scenes. In the same way Nathan Knorr oversaw the massive changes after the embarrassing reign of Judge Rutherford so it is now. Mark Sanderdon wants to see off the old guard, Tony,Lett and Sam that are 3 embarrassing fools that have damaged the organisation the past 20 years with the mishandling of pedophilia cases and the demise of the religious to nothing more but a very toxic brand

Divisions deliberately caused by God?
by LostintheFog1999 inassuming that you don't dismiss genesis outright as a collection of myths, i was musing about the actions of god as recorded in genesis 11:1-9 regarding the building of the tower of babel.. this origin story for the multiplicity of languages in the earth has god getting annoyed with humans for staying in one location instead of filling out across the whole world.. yahweh could have stopped the tower being built by collapsing it by means of an earthquake, sinking sand, or an extreme gale.
even using an angel to kick it over when everyone was tucked up in bed asleep.
but no, instead he muddles up the vocabulary and grammar and made brand new languages creating division and confusion.. what's more he didn't scatter them and send them off in mixed multicultural groups, but instead he lets them wander off in tribes and family groups.

oh i see, no I believe these accounts are not myths and Moses did write the book of Genesis, Idon't believe ancient people were just idiots making stuff up and you will find this whole discreting of ancient books and accounts is a later invention. If everything is a fairytale there is hardly any point to any of this.

LostintheFog1999, your theory has some legs in that the Genesis account consists of short stories that Moses connected into longer narrative, nevertheless it is chronologicaly correct since Nimrod was indeed Noah’s great grandson.
WAS NIMROD A NEPHILIM? The account seems to suggest that he became a "giborim=mighty one" like the Nephilim of old.
WHY WOULD GOD CONFUSE THE LANGUAGES?
Many don't know that building the tower was an open rebellion to God.According to Josephus, Nimrod changed the nature of the government to tyranny under his brutal and evil dictatorship, just as an evil potentate would do, and even more importantly, just as an evil Nephilim potentate would do. Through the brutal and corrupt power of his government, Nimrod imposed his will and state-sponsored religion upon the people of Shinar. Through brute force and fear, Nimrod was successful in implementing his rebellious and heretical religion on most of the people at that time. Those who did not abide by the new ways were callously removed, likely by death, from the so-called enlightened, foreshadowing the great end-time genocide that will be waged first by the religion of Babylon (Rev. 7:1–17; Rev. 18:24; and Rev. 19:2) and then by the Antichrist (Rev. 13:5–18).
